Our Manufacturing 

We have an up-to-date infrastructure in the manufacture of capacitors such as:

• Automatic capacitor winding machines with edge folding & start to finish folding with low partial discharge leading to better performance. 

 

• We have 8 Vacuum and Drying Ovens reaching vacuums and vacuum drying of oil to remove the last traces of trapped air and moisture.

 

• We have an extensive testing section with 

  - A.C. & D.C. high voltages. 

  - An Impulse Voltage Generator. 

  - Schering Bridges for LV & HV Capacitors along with CO2 / SF6 reference electrodes. 

  - A Variety of shunt reactors enables us to carry on a Thermal Endurance test on all types of capacitors & reactors which we produce. 

  ​- Temperature-controlled auto cloves.
   

 

• Testing of our products. 
  - Our products get routine & type tested in independent testing laboratories. 
  - We have an ISO Certificate. 
  -We have CRISIL Certificate. 
  - We export our products & carry out testing as per IEC standards when required.
